Sliding Scale Fees

We recognize that there are substantial financial barriers to healthcare and aim to make it as financially feasible as possible for all families. We use a sliding scale payment structure for all services. Below you will find the income-based tiers and corresponding fees. Payment plans can be arranged.

  • Homebirth - $5500

    Lactation Consultation- $150

    Well-Person Visit - $150

    Initial Preconception or Fertility Consultation with 3 months of follow-up care - $250

    IUI - $200

    Weaving Cotton Post-Partum Package - $200 for 8 hours of care

    Weaving Linen Post-Partum Package - $400 for 20 hours of care

    Weaving Wool Post-Partum Package- $800 for 40 hours of care

A Note On Insurance

We are unable to accept insurance as insurers do not reimburse homebirth midwives at a rate that equates to a living wage. If you are insured, we will send lab work to labs that are in-network. We will also refer you for in-network ultrasounds. We can provide you with bills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, but cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed.
